Safety is not so common anymore in this strange world. Many of us experience that too, even online when you innocently share a photo and ask for tips.
We are then beaten about our 'bad picture' where 'everything is wrong with it'. But these so-called experts don't give you any tips that will help you.
It's the cancel culture. Because of our photo we are canceled hard. Thrown out the door. Bye bye, and never come back...
Your self-confidence gets a huge blow because of this, how heartless can people be behind their computer. Do they sometimes want to feel better than you by putting you down?
From day 1 I said: I'm not participating in this! I want a safe environment for everyone. Where constructive tips are welcome and where everyone dares to post every photo. And where you can be proud of your photo.
You can only really learn in a safe environment. And that's why I founded the KickStart Facebook group .
More than 1,800 people like you and me who enjoy photography and who encourage each other and thus give your motivation for our beautiful hobby a boost.
Yesterday my organization was inspected and I received the status 'Approved training company' and that also gave me extra motivation to be there for you.
An important aspect is a safe learning environment and the recognition of this is important to me. But this is also important for you.
And to give you extra motivation, here are some wonderful spring tips:
1. Shoot with a wide-angle lens or your lens at 18 mm close to the ground at an angle so that you get a lot of air in your photo
2. Shoot a beautiful tree with backlight so that the sun is visible through the branches behind the tree and see how the tree becomes a great silhouette
3. Go to the beach and enjoy a beautiful sunset.. and oh yes, take some beautiful pictures of it in between. And preferably when there are some clouds because that gives a nicer sunset than a tight clear sky.

Zo herkenbaar. Door die groepen het afkraken van foto’s ben ik erg onzeker geworden en was mijn zelfvertrouwen laag. Maar 2 jaar geleden ben ik bij jouw cursussen gaan volgen en jouw enthousiasme maakt mij weer sterkter. Je geeft kansen waar in ik verder kan doorgroeien. Je bent altijd bereikbaar. De kickstartgroep en de golden hour groep is zo fijn iedereen laat zich in zijn waarde. En hierdoor voel je vrij in om foto’s te plaatsen. Je word hier niet afgekraakt maar krijg je juist tips en dat is zo waardevol. Je bent een fijne coach een man met een hart van goud. En ik blijf mijzelf door ontwikkelen. En we gaan er voor
Hallo Marcello, Van harte met je certificaat van erkend leerbedrijf. Maar ook…. jammer dat ik als eventuele deelnemer op Facebook moet zitten. Ik heb het twee maal geprobeerd en er steeds weer afgegaan omdat ik het helemaal niks vind.
Heb je ook een ander platvorm om toch van je rijke adviezen te kunnen profiteren?
Ik hoop op een oplossing . Ik ben vast niet de enige van die 1.8000 fotograven facebook eigenlijk niet zit zitten.

Klopt, ik zie ook vaak dat mensen enthousiast foto’s plaatsen bij bepaalde fotogroepen en dan direct onderuit worden geschoffeld. Heel jammer, want volgens mij is niemand als volleerd fotograaf geboren en moet leren leuk zijn. Dat wordt het niet door negatieve kritiek. Tips zijn natuurlijk wel fijn.☺️
